Fun fact: Each guest makes an average of 1 trip to the bar every hour of your event. This means your guests will spend more time with your bar tenders than any other staff you hire for your big day. So why not go with the best dressed and friendliest bartenders in the DFW area?
Each bartender at Dallas Drafts is fully insured, dressed in snazzy attire, TABC certified, and ready to serve whatever it is your pouring- beer, wine, cider, or cocktails.
Each booking with us includes:
- 1 TABC certified bartender for up to 4 hours of service, capable of serving 75 guests
- Setup and teardown time
- General liability & liquor liability insurance
- Basic bartending equipment (foldable table, quick pours, shaker, strainer, muddler, openers, ice scoops, bar towels, garnish trays, behind the bar trash can)
- Customized printed bar menu
- Pre-event consultation
- Customized shopping list for alcohol purchase and step by step instructions
- Disposable cups, bar napkins, stirrers
- Ice & coolers
- Pickup and delivery of beverages when using specified vendor
- All equipment needed for our small two tap draft bar, or other draft bars at an additional cost
Bar Tending FAQ
Dallas Drafts has $2 million of liquor and general liability, and each of our servers is TABC certified.
If you are serving just draft or bottled drinks, we require 1 bartender per 100 guests. If you are serving mixed drinks, we require 1 bartender per 75 guests.
We offer bartending packages with or without our draft bars.
We do set up and tear down for free- so this amount is not included in the amount charged. For example, if you have a 4 hour event, we will arrive in time to set up and do all the cleanup while only charging you for the total serving time- in this case 4 hours.
A physical bar is not included. If your venue does not have a physical space that we can serve behind, you will need to rent one of our stylish bars.
